Mushroom And Bacon Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    2 c. chopped mushrooms
    butter
    1 large onion, minced
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add onion and mushrooms.
    Cook until tender. Stir in bread crumbs, parsley, thyme, sage, walnuts and seasonings to taste.
    Stretch out the bacon slices on a board and flatten. Divide mushroom mixture and place a portion on each slice and roll up like a jelly roll.
    Arrange on a flat dish.
    Sprinkle oil over them and bake 20 to 25 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
