Country Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
    2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Heat 1/2 cup oleo and cream of chicken soup.
    Add onion, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Mix.
    Add potatoes and mix. Put in 9 x 15-inch pan.
    Top with corn flake crumbs and melted 2 tablespoons oleo, that have been mixed together.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
