Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts, boneless and skinned
    8 thin slices ham
    8 thin slices Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken.
    Put between waxed paper and flatten with mallet or rolling pin.
    Place 1 slice ham and 1 slice cheese in middle of each chicken breast.
    Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
    Season crumbs with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Melt butter.
    Roll chicken in butter, then in crumbs.
    Put in buttered baking dish.
    Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
