Creamy Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. whole basil leaves
1/2 c. commercial sour cream
9 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. cashews, coarsely chopped
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients, stirring gently.
Chill 3 to 4 hours.
Stir in bacon and cashews.
Serve on lettuce leaves. Yields 4 servings.
