Freezer Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large carrot, chopped
1 large cabbage, chopped
Preparation

Combine cabbage, green pepper and carrot in a large container. Heat vinegar, sugar and spices.
Cool slightly.
Pour over the veggies.
Mix together; cool.
Put in freezer containers; freeze. May chop or shred vegetables.
