Imitation Rice-A-Roni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thin spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
    2 c. rice
    4 c. water
    2 cubes beef or chicken bouillon
    2 Tbsp. margarine (light)
Preparation
    Use same method of One Knuckle Rice.
    In pan, saute thin spaghetti in one tablespoon margarine.
    Add rice, water and bouillon cubes.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover and turn down to low.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Fluff rice mixture and add margarine.
    This is better than the real thing and best of all is lower in fat and salt content.
