Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh cooked crooked neck squash
    1 stick oleo
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. white wine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread dressing (save part for topping)
Preparation
    Drain squash.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Put on topping.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
