Meat Loaf #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 egg
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) cans tomato paste or sauce
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in bowl, except tomato paste.
    Put 1/2 can of tomato paste in mix and make into a loaf.
    Place loaf in casserole dish.
    Cover loaf with the other 1/2 can of tomato paste.
    Place in a 350\u00b0 oven and cook for 1 hour.
