Porcupines En Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. each: chopped onion, celery, green pepper
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. salt or less
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. tomato catsup
    1/3 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients, plus 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and garlic powder.
    Form into balls and place in greased casserole.
    Combine soup, water, catsup, remaining salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil; pour over meat.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven and stir in cheese.
