Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. minced onion and bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. hamburger
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. cooked elbow macaroni
    1 (No. 2) can tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    Velveeta cheese slices
Preparation
    Saute minced onion and bell pepper in oil until brown.
    Add hamburger, salt and pepper.
    Brown this mixture and add cooked elbow macaroni and tomato juice.
    Season with chili powder and cover top with slices of Velveeta cheese.
    When cheese is melted, serve immediately.
