Sweet Potato Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. mashed sweet potatoes, cooked
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    16 oz. can pineapple chunks, well drained
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Cook enough sweet potatoes to make 1 quart of mashed potatoes. When tender, drain off water.
    Add margarine, salt and brown sugar.
    Beat with mixer until fluffy.
    Add pecans and pineapple. Pour this mixture into baking dish; cover with marshmallows and bake at 350\u00b0 until marshmallows are brown.
    Serve hot.
    Can be reheated.
