My Favorite Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
    1 (No. 2) can kidney beans
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Heat the oil.
    Brown onion and remove from oil.
    Set onion aside.
    Brown beef until moisture disappears. Add beans and catsup; continue cooking, 15 to 18 minutes.
    Add the hot water, chili powder, salt, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes longer.
