Baked Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. diced potatoes
3/4 c. minced celery and leaves
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/8 c. parsley flakes
1 1/3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation

Cook cubed potatoes in small amount boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain and add remaining ingredients (which have been mixed together) all except parsley.
Put in 2-quart casserole; cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with parsley.
