Ingredients

6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 qt. half and half
1 pt. whipping cream
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
milk
Preparation

Beat
eggs
until
thick.
Add
sugar and beat about 15 minutes until creamy.
Add the Eagle Brand milk, half and half and the
whipping
cream.
Fold in the crushed cookies or you may wait and
add
the cookies after the ice cream has set for better texture.
If
added
before
freezing, the cookies dissolve and make a chocolate looking ice cream (tastes the same, but doesn't look
as
good).
Pour
mix
into
the
ice cream freezer and finish
filling
the
container
with milk.
Make according to the
directions
on
freezer.
When set turn out into large container;
add cookies and let freeze for about 1 hour.
Makes 1 1/2 gallons.
