Curry Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced cooked chicken
    3 c. cooked rice, cooled
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Toss together chicken, rice and celery in large bowl.
    Blend remaining ingredients.
    Stir into chicken mixture.
    Serve on shredded lettuce and garnish with black olives.
    Yields 6 servings.
