Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots
1 c. sugar
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender; drain.
Add other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
