Potato Soup With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 Idaho potatoes, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    water (to cover potatoes)
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes, onion, celery, salt and pepper until potatoes are soft.\tAdd
    butter
    and
    simmer
    slowly
    1/2 to 1 hour.
    Add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and serve.
