Cheese Spinach Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (10 oz.) pkg. original Ranch salad dressing mix
1/4 lb. melted butter
3/4 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, drained

Preparation

Beat eggs; add flour, baking powder and dressing mix.
Stir in melted butter.
Add shredded cheese and spinach.
Mixture will be thick; blend well.
Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool.
Cut into squares.
