Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    In separate bowl mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice together slowly.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Grease and flour a cookie sheet; pour mix on cookie sheet and tap on table until even.
    Top with pecan pieces.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Let cool for 15 minutes.
    Take dish towel, sprinkle powdered sugar on towel, and roll up.
    Mix icing, unroll and put icing on roll.
    Roll up.
    Ready to eat.
