Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Mexican-style diced tomatoes (do not drain)
    1 c. rice
    1 c. water
    1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in an oblong pan, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
