Chicken And Rice Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 3/4 lb.), cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 Tbsp. oil
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, red peppers, bamboo shoots and mushroom mixture
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation

Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large skillet over medium heat until lightly browned.
Stir chicken broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger and garlic in small bowl.
Add broth mixture to skillet and bring to boil.
Mix in vegetables; reduce heat and simmer until heated through.
Stir in rice.
Cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
