Marion'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    few grains salt
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cold water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add water, vanilla and mayonnaise.
    Beat until smooth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 2 (8-inch) layers or 1 (13 x 9 x 2-inch) cake. Delicious with peanut butter icing.
