Baked Potato Cubes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, quartered
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shake potato wedges in flour mixture while the butter is melting in an oblong baking dish.
    Place potatoes in the butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
