Microwave Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fillets of haddock or orange roughy
butter or oleo
minced onion
paprika
pepper
parsley
Preparation
-
Place fish in low microwave dish; sprinkle top with onion, paprika, parsley and pepper to taste.
Dot top with butter or oleo.
Bake on Medium-high for 10 minutes.
Rearrange fish for even baking.
Continue baking on Medium-high checking at 2 to 3 minute intervals until fish flakes with a fork.
