Potatoes With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    salt and pepper
    1 small onion, minced
    1/4 c. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cubed American cheese
Preparation
    Boil and mash potatoes; add butter, salt and pepper.
    Add eggs, beating well.
    Stir in onion and cheese.
    Turn into a buttered casserole.
    Dot top with butter and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
