Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. carrots, shredded
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Beat sugar and oil until fluffy. Add eggs and cream well. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into two round pans and bake at 300 degrees for one hour or until done.
