4 Dozen Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 tsp. salt
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water.
    Mix sugar, salt, oil and 1 1/2 cups water in large bowl.
    Beat in yeast and eggs.
    Add 2 cups flour; beat until smooth.
    Stir in enough flour to make soft dough; knead several times.
    Place in large greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down; cover tightly and refrigerate.
    Will keep 3 or 4 days.
