Squash Casserole(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
1 stick melted butter
2 lb. yellow squash (6 c. sliced)
1/2 large onion, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated carrots
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine stuffing and butter and press half into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Lightly steam squash and onion until barely cooked.
Drain thoroughly.
Combine soup, sour cream and carrots.
Fold in cooked squash and onions.
Gently spoon mixture over stuffing and top with remaining stuffing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, approximately 30 minutes.
