2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. vinegar
lemon flavoring
Preparation

Cook all together, stirring until thick.
Pour in baked pie shell. Use egg whites for meringue topping.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, until meringue is cooked and brown.
