Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni, uncooked
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain, cover with cold water until the macaroni swells up.
    Grate cheese.
    Beat the egg, then add the milk, flour, salt and pepper.
    Beat with a fork until there are no lumps of flour.
