Macaroni 'N Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained (6 c. cooked)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. shredded sharp processed cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Toss cooked macaroni in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Pour into lightly greased crock-pot.
    Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours; stir occasionally.
