Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    grated Romano cheese
Preparation
    Cook lasagna noodles according to directions and drain.
    Brown beef, onions and garlic in skillet.
    Drain.
    Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, spices, salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups water.
    Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Alternate layers of noodles, meat sauce and cheeses in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
