Grandma'S Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 large can sliced peaches
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Melt stick of butter into 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Mix 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup milk, 1 cup flour and 3 teaspoon baking powder. Pour into pan. Mix 1 can sliced peaches, 2/3 cup juice from can (add water to juice if needed to make the 2/3 cup) and 1/4 cup sugar. Pour into batter. Do not stir.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Great with ice cream. Serve hot or cold.
