Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 large chicken
1 small onion, chopped
1 can Early LeSueur English peas
1 can whole kernel corn
1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
Preparation

Boil chicken and debone.
Save broth.
Brown ground beef and drain well.
Combine all ingredients and add chicken broth to make as soupy as desired.
Add salt, pepper and dash of Tabasco sauce to taste.
Simmer for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
