Quick Beef And Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
    1 green pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    1 c. sliced green onions
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    3 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown steak cubes in oil in skillet.
    Add cauliflower, green pepper, garlic and soy sauce; mix well.
    Simmer, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Blend cornstarch, sugar and broth in bowl.
    Stir into beef mixture with green onions and mushrooms.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Serve over rice.

    6 servings.
