Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. wilted eggplant
    1 large tomato
    1/2 large bell pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut eggplant in cubes.
    Steam until tender.
    Drain.
    Add peppers sauted in fat.
    Add tomatoes, slightly cooked.
    Add other ingredients.
    Top with bread crumbs, bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
