Yogurt Sip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peach slices
    1/4 c. peach nectar
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. honey
    ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Let peaches stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
    In a blender container, combine yogurt, peach juice and honey.
    Add undrained peaches; cover.
    Blend until smooth.
    Pour into glass; top with nutmeg.
