Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream 3/4 cup sugar and butter.
    Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar.
    Stir into butter mixture.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
    Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon together.
    Roll 1-inch balls of dough in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 36 cookies.
