Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. pork sausage
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Chop stems.
    Set caps and stems aside.
    Over medium heat, cook sausage until brown.
    Save two tablespoons of drippings from sausage; drain the rest.
    Finely chop the sausage.
    Cook stems in drippings; stir frequently. Remove from heat; stir in sausage, cheese and bread crumbs.
    Fill caps.
    Bake 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
