Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely chopped, peeled tomatoes (fresh or canned)
1 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. finely chopped cucumber
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
4 tsp. snipped parsley
2 tsp. chopped chives
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 or 6 Tbsp. tarragon wine vinegar
4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or to taste
4 c. tomato juice
Preparation

Combine in large bowl and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
