Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Dissolve
    yeast
    in
    warm
    water.
    Mix with buttermilk. Cut shortening in dry ingredients. Add liquid.\tPut in plastic bag and put in refrigerator
    until you want to bake.
    Take out as much as you want at a time.
    Roll out and cut.
    Dip or turn in liquid margarine.\tLet rise
    for
    1/2
    hour. Then bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15
    minutes. Dough will keep a week in the refrigerator.
