Pineapple Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1 (6 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. diced pimento, drained
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. whipped cream
1/3 c. chopped, toasted pecans
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; chill at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper; stir. Fold in whipped cream.
Pour over slaw; toss gently.
Garnish with chopped pecans.
Serves 6 to 8.
