No Peek Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat, beef or round steak, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 (4.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms (undrained)
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish and cover tightly. Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 3 hours. DO NOT PEEK! Serve over noodles or yellow rice. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
