Lemon Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Cool until just begins to set.
    Cream together cheese, sugar and lemon flavoring.
    Add gelatin.
    Mix well.
    Whip milk according to directions on can. Fold whipped milk into gelatin mixture.
    Pour filling into crust. Chill several hours or overnight.
    Garnish.
