John'S Old English Turkey - Chicken Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 loaves dry white bread
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 stalks celery (cut up)
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/2 can poultry seasoning
    1+ Cup water
    1 Tbsp. ground sage
    1 egg
    1/4 Cup sliced chestnuts
    1/4 Cup raisins
    1 diced apple
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Add water. Mix thoroughly until quite moist. Either stuff fowl or place in container and cook with fowl.
