Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. minced onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 oz. can mushrooms
1 can cream soup (mushroom, celery or chicken)
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. noodles, cooked with 3 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation

Melt margarine in heavy kettle.
Add onion and cook until soft.
Add ground beef and garlic and stir until lightly browned. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer 10 minutes more.
Stir in sour cream and serve over cooked noodles.
Start noodles first and both will be done together.
