Fan Tail Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined, but leave tails in place
    2 c. flour (more or less)
    salt and pepper
    water
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix flour, egg and enough water to make a medium batter.
    Salt and pepper shrimp to taste.
    Fry on medium to high heat, turning until golden.
    Drain on paper towels.
