Cafe Houvelle Mousse Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. heavy cream, heated
    3 Tbsp. hot coffee
    2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    2 eggs
    2 egg yolks
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bake a single layer chocolate cake in a spring-form pan.
    Cool and top with blender mousse.
    Combine all listed ingredients, but cream, in blender.
    Heat cream, but do not let boil.
    Through blender cap, gradually add hot cream, blending until smooth.
    Pour on top of cooled cake in pan.
    Chill overnight.
    Run spatula around sides and release.
