Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms (about 20)
    1/3 c. chopped scallions
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1/2 c. chopped tomato
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Wipe mushrooms with damp paper towels. Remove stems; set caps aside.
