Waldorf Salad Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar (light)
    3/4 c. real mayonnaise
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped red unpeeled apples
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
Preparation
    In a medium-size bowl, stir together the flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    In large bowl of electric mixer at medium speed beat together sugar, mayonnaise, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
    Add flour mixture and at low speed beat until smooth.
    Stir in the apples, walnuts and celery.
    Drop by level tablespoons, 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0
    oven until lightly brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack to cool.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
